- House Bill 380 — Georgia Lottery Game of Sports Betting Act — this bill is similar to the Senate bill and would permit sports betting using online apps.

- Senate Bill 57 — Georgia Sports Betting Integrity Act — this bill would permit sports betting using online apps as well as horse racing at tracks in Georgia.

- Senate Bill 57 — Georgia Sports Betting Integrity Act — this would permit sports betting using online apps as well as horse racing at tracks in Georgia. The biggest difference is this is not a Constitutional Amendment.
