These are the gambling bills:
- House Bill 380 — Georgia Lottery Game of Sports Betting Act — this bill would permit sports betting using online apps. This is not a Constitutional Amendment so it only requires a simple majority to pass, and it would not go on a ballot for Georgia voters to decide.
